Video works containing copyrighted music:

Videos containing copyrighted music must be uploaded via YouTube, which ensures the redistribution of royalties to the concerned artists through its rights management system (Content ID).

Alternatively, the user uploading the content must personally ensure that:

• Music rights are covered by their brand or organization
• Appropriate licenses have been obtained from the rights holders
• The broadcaster has the necessary authorizations
